The car park, at the rear of Knowledene Blackpool Holiday Flats, is easily accessible from four directions, two entries off Knowle Avenue and two off Shakespeare Avenue (the next road).

The neighbourhood is very safe and partly residential and, for the past 10 years, there have been no problems with car crime.
